About Dental Insurance

Dental insurance is a contract between the patient’s employer and the dental insurance company. Insurance policies vary greatly and we will do our best to provide an estimate of coverage. We cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. The patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a courtesy to our patients, we can bill insurance companies on your behalf.

To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on the New Patient Paperwork. Please remember that insurance is a benefit. If during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges. If you have any questions, our team is here to help!
